Abstract: Since the 20th century, the question of whether the modern political system in China can be a specialized system has never been lacked. How to face the modernization of China’s traditional civilization and how to establish a new system based on the foundation of China’s traditional politics is a topic that modern neo-Confucianism is concerned with. Mo Mu used the method of re-recapitulating the political history of China’s Han, Tang, Song, Ming and Qing dynasties to protect China’s modern political system “non-specialization”, advocated the establishment of a political tradition that should be rooted in the native ethnic group, adhered to the political development attitude of timely benefits, adhered to the change in the world’s political format, and carried out creative transformation. Zhang Junyi emphasized the modern political system of China as “specialized”. The new system needs to stand on the actual standpoint of China itself, combining the advantages of Chinese and Western system systems, and developed the investigation software from the perspective of a national nation. In fact, the modernization of China’s traditional civilization must not only correctly view the fairness and necessity of the existence of China’s modern political system, but also clearly the differences between China and the West in the concept of “specialization”, rather than necessarily labeling “specialization” or “non-specialization”. This is the correct way to build a new system in the division between ancient and modern times.

Since the late age, facing the great changes that have not been seen in three thousand years, people with knowledge have conceded everything as a defeat in China’s political system and labeled “specialization”. They believe that it was this political system that had a strong desire to control and harmed China, causing the society in the late Qing Dynasty to collapse and almost explain. But the problem is that when teachers were talking about “specialization”, they failed to analyze emotionally why the modern political corruption in China since the Qin Dynasty was “specialization”, and they failed to meet the historical analysis of whether the political organizational sentiment in China can be as harmful as everyone said. Therefore, when Momo used the article “China Traditional Politics” to justify China’s modern political system that was not a monarchy, he was fiercely criticized by Zhang Junyi’s articles with more than 300,000 words.

The academic community has been discussing the debate between Momo and Zhang Junqian for more than 30 years. It has produced a lot of insights and has also promoted this research to a more profound level development. In order to make progress through the analysis of the restrictive measures of MoMu’s political thinking, Weng You determined Zhang Junsheng’s criticism of MoMu because MoMu “does not want to touch and even refuses to admit it.f=”https://sites.google.com/view/sugardaddy-coding”>Short-term maintenance The most important drawback of the discipline of political discipline”[1]; Yao ZhongBaoqing.comQiu Yan looked for the rupture in Zhang Junsheng’s thinking and discussed the question of whether modern sanctions are compatible with Chinese civilization [2]; Dunlilan chose to develop from the two goals of Confucianism and political sanctions, sorting out Money and Zhang Junsheng’s sanctions about China<a The argument of the traditional political system in China is believed to be two political routes that must be addressed in the development of political Confucianism [3]; the sect also analyzes the theories of Momo and Zhang Junqiang within the framework of political Confucianism, and emphasizes that the promotion of awakening with the condition of appropriate modern political judgment is in line with reality [4]. The research results have shown that the concepts between Momo and Zhang Junqiang are inconsistent, and it is also clearly stated that Short-term maintenance puts forward the focus of the argument, namely how traditional Chinese politics can be transformed in the modernization process. Obviously, we should not fight for the right and wrong of money and Zhang Junsheng now, but should analyze from the perspective of raising the principle that they have created a definite reason for China’s modern politics and examine the differences represented by this phenomenonPreparing pricesModern Neo-Confucianists’ attitudes toward the modernization of traditional Chinese civilization and their thoughts on future political development.

1. Can China’s modern political system be specialized?

In the development of modern political history in our country, the dynasty’s ritual system have characteristics. Among them, the “specialized system” has always been in the simplified state of public opinion because of whether it can truly exist, and it is not only specialized to the Eastern Monarch. The political system of the system is different, and it is also unclear with the traditional system that has been dependent on more than two thousand years. Therefore, the often-new topic of whether the modern political system in China is “specialized”, once again caused dramatic conflicts in the academic community since the late Qing Dynasty. However, when analyzing the concept of “specialized” in modern times, the late Ming Dynasty was in the late Ming Dynasty. The discussion on the imperial power system in the early Qing Dynasty was a question that was inevitable. As Rong Tianyu said, “The Chinese accepted the concepts of civil rights, slandering, republic, and civil rights from the East, and at a relatively high level, they depended on the ideological resources provided by the “Mingyi Waiting to Visit” as the bottom line. ”[5] Compared with this modern argument, Huang Zongxi, Yanwu, Wang Fuzhi and others in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties had launched a prelude to criticize the imperial power system since the Qin Dynasty, in order to achieve the goal of collapse and political system. It was precisely because they worked hard to analyzeThe shortcomings of the modern political system have provided more logical conditions for the “specialized system” mentioned by modern criticism. When this was the case, the central government was highly concentrated, and the imperial power was strengthened and intensified, bringing an extremely bad impact to the society. Wang Fuzhi once said: “The unseen truth in life was opened by Qin and Song was established.” [6] Huang Zongxi also said: “The chaos of the whole country is not due to the anxiety of a surname, but the joy of thousands of people. Therefore, the collapse of Jie and Wu is the reason for the governance; the prosperity of Qin and Mongolia is the reason for the chaos.” [7] Yanwu, a scholar, also tried to analyze the essence of the relationship between “the whole country” and “monarch”.

Liang Qichao is one of the most powerful scholars in modern times who made the “anti-specialization” voice, and his opinions are certainly representative. In the article “Abuse of the monarch’s detrimental system, there is no benefit”, Liang Qi has a very detailed number of “specialized” political systems: “One is the specialty of the noble clan, two is the heroine’s power, three is the common people’s throne tomorrow, four is the establishment of the throne, five is the migration of the vassal state, six is the usurpation of the power minister, seven is the military’s turmoil (such as the Tang Dynasty’s vassal town), eight is the ruling of relatives, nine is the ruling of the ruling (such as the Li Linfu and Lu Qi) ) , ten is the secret of the escort of the temple. These ten are probably the root cause of the destruction of the country in the dynasty. “[8] According to Liang Qichao, the important reason for the decline of China’s modern political system lies in the specialized government under the rule of the monarchy. This is the disadvantage that all dynasties finally went to an undefeated situation. The reason why monarchs liked the specialized system was because “specialization” could bring them unrestrained in their intentions and bodies. It is easy to see that the “specialization” mentioned by Liang Qichao has the characteristics of being dissatisfied, ruling, and slandering. The important object is the ruling level, and the specialized government will lead to social problems arising and continual conflicts. However, can the concept of “specialization” under this kind of specialized politics be the same as the concept of “specialization” applied in modern Chinese politics? If there is a difference, TC:
